Call or Text Today!
We would like to take the opportunity to address the Coronavirus (COVID-19) with respect to your pest, rodent, and wildlife control services that we have been providing throughout the Treasure Valley & surrounding counties.
We have, and always will be, a forward-thinking company when it comes to all concerns of both our clientele and fellow employees. This is a core belief that we stand for as a business. We, as a nation, are facing a very unusual health-threat at this time. It is our responsibility to protect the health and well-being of both you, our clients and our fellow employees.
We are going to implement a short-term (minimum 30 days) change to our protocols of all INTERIOR services starting Tuesday, March 17, 2020.
What does this mean for you:
High Desert Wildlife will continue to schedule all services as you are accustomed to. We will be performing all services from the exterior of your homes during this time period. This will include the following programs:
Pest Control Services
Any additional services that can be performed from the exterior of your homes.
**We will service the interior of your home if there are circumstances that cannot be addressed from the exterior, such as rodents and carpenter ant inspections.
Please make this clear prior to your service or at the point of contact with our customer service department.
Commercial customers will continue to be serviced as NORMAL!
The process: Our technicians will notify you that we are on your property prior to performing these services via phone call/text messages to prevent any close contact and handshakes that we are accustomed to. We will email invoices and payments can be made on-line, via phone call, or by mailing a check.
Why you want to continue exterior treatments:
Exterior treatments keep you proactive in controlling a pest infestation. Think of it as washing your hands during flu season - it keeps the germs and bugs at bay.
Continuing your monthly, tri-annual and quarterly treatments will ensure your warranty will not lapse.
Spring is the ideal time to spray for pests to keep control of the nests, hives, and colonies before they bloom in summer.
We will be happy to reschedule all interior treatments for a later date. We want to thank you all personally for understanding that this decision was based upon your safety and our employee's safety.
Please contact us should you have any questions or concerns regarding this most unusual decision that we felt necessary to make.
